After training with Airtel and Saraswati Dynamics, she joined Aryan HR Consulting as associate consultant for over a year before taking up the role of officer at Birla Tyres, in 2009.

Almost three years later, she moved to Cavendish Industries as lead-HR and IR. She was based out of Haridwar for over four years.

Her next assignment was with Minova Runaya as head of human resources from November 2020 to May 2024.

It was in 2024 that she came to be associated with Pernod Ricard, the beverage manufacturing brand, as regional human resources manager.

Now, two years later, she will be seen leading the HR agenda for the alumina vertical, managing talent and workforce transformation, and also enhancing the people practices to ensure alignment with the overall business goals and operations.

Known to be a workaholic, her passion for her work will truly be an asset to Vedanta-Alumina Business.
