Redcliffe Labs has appointed Kshitiz Singh as chief business officer – inorganic growth, strengthening its focus on scaling through acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and network integration across India.

Singh will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s mergers and acquisitions strategy, developing alliance ecosystems, and ensuring smooth integration of acquired regional diagnostic businesses. His role also includes identifying high-growth opportunities and expanding Redcliffe Labs’ operating platform to deepen its presence in tier-2 and tier-3 markets.

With over 26 years of leadership experience across diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and consumer businesses, Singh has a strong background in scaling operations, driving commercial strategy, and building regional markets. He was previously general manager and business head at Agilus Diagnostics, where he led business expansion efforts. Earlier, he held senior positions at Piramal Enterprises, Abbott India, Heinz India, Sanofi, AstraZeneca, and GlaxoSmithKline, gaining expertise in business development, channel management, and organisational growth.

Aditya Kandoi, founder & CEO, Redcliffe Labs, stated that the diagnostics industry was moving into a phase where scale, integration, and regional reach would determine long-term leadership. He noted that many regional diagnostic businesses had developed strong clinical expertise and patient trust and said there was a significant opportunity to unite these strengths on an integrated platform combining technology, clinical excellence, and preventive healthcare. He added that Singh’s experience across diagnostics and healthcare would help accelerate this journey and strengthen the company’s regional presence.

On his appointment, Singh said that India’s diagnostics sector offered a major opportunity to enhance healthcare through strategic partnerships and capability building. He mentioned that Redcliffe Labs had established a strong foundation for preventive care with a clear purpose of adding healthy years to lives. He expressed his intent to work with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities, build strong partnerships, and expand the network to make trusted, high-quality diagnostics accessible to more people across the country.

The appointment further bolsters Redcliffe Labs’ leadership team as it continues to scale its integrated diagnostics model covering pathology, radiology, technology, and preventive health through acquisitions, partnerships, and digital-led growth.

Redcliffe Labs is a fast-growing diagnostics network committed to preventive healthcare and expanding access across India.
