Reflecting Amdocs’ people-centric philosophy, the provider of software and services to communications and media companies has launched a new campus for the comfort of its employees. The LEED-certified, eco-friendly campus includes wellness-focused amenities such as recreation rooms, a fully-equipped gym, themed networking hubs, a restaurant-style cafeteria with multiple dining options and grab-and-go counters. Embodying Amdocs’ global brand ethos, ‘Make it Amazing’, the campus is set to focus on creating extraordinary experiences for employees and clients.

According to Rajat Raheja, division president, Amdocs India, the “campus isn’t just an office—it’s a canvas for our employees to carve their career paths and pursue their ambitions. Designed with a focus to equip our employees with a work environment that promotes innovation, engagement, partnership and productivity, this is where next-gen technology meets human energy to deliver amazing outcomes for our customers.”

The Gurugram operations of Amdocs, the company that provides software and services to communications and media companies, will shift to this new next-generation smart campus in DLF Downtown, Gurugram, in Delhi NCR.

Spread across 3,33,000 sq. ft, the campus it designed to foster a collaborative and future-ready environment that empowers teams to thrive and deliver exceptional client outcomes. With a fluid, open-space layout, it offers ergonomically-designed workstations, quiet focus pods, meeting zones, ideation hubs and open collaboration areas. There is also a multi-purpose auditorium, a client-briefing centre, green outdoor terraces and lounges.

The campus is well connected too, via road, metro, and the international airport and is purpose-built to meet the needs of a digital-first workplace. It combines cutting-edge technology, sustainable architecture and collaborative spaces to deliver an immersive workplace experience.

With the launch of this campus, Amdocs has moved closer to strengthening its development centre in India and reinforcing its commitment to innovation, sustainability and employee well-being, delivering world-class GenAI-led digital solutions for the global telecommunications industry.

Amdocs employs about 28,000 people across 90 locations, globally, with over 40 per cent of its workforce based in India, working out of Pune and Gurugram. Last year the company completed two decades of operations in India.

This is the way of show off. One side amdocs laid off 5000 employees and other side he is trying to express that how profit they are but actual scenario is just opposite. Amdocs is third class company and unsecured company . Don’t think to join. In upcoming days Amdocs will be shut down. Mark my words.
