Texas-based QualiZeal is looking to add 2,000 new jobs as part of its India expansion strategy. The next three to four years will see it grow its team size in India as it is determined to harness the tech talent available in the country.

The American quality engineering (QE) company is chasing a goal of achieving $100 million in annual revenue. It recognises India as a strategic hub for skilled professionals, and is gearing to plans to triple its workforce by 2027-28.

QualiZeal already has core capacity centres in Hyderabad, which have been contributing significantly to its growth. The company now plans to increase capacity even while harnessing India’s unparalleled tech expertise to fuel innovation and transformation in the quality engineering space. This will also help to strengthen its position as a global leader in digital transformation services.

This planned expansion, according to Pradeep Govindasamy, president & CEO, QualiZeal will help the company harness India’s tech talent “to drive innovation and transformation for our clients globally.” He calls this “ an exciting time for QualiZeal, and we are on a trajectory to achieve unparalleled growth in the Quality Engineering services industry.”

The company’s offerings spread across quality engineering, digital engineering, advisory and transformation, and emerging technology testing.

In the words of Madhu Murty Ronanki, co-founder & head of India operations, QualiZeal, “By expanding our India operations, we are not just increasing capacity but also investing in the future of AI and GenAI-powered Quality Engineering.”

Having completed more than 200 successful projects, supported by a team of over 750 software quality engineers. QualiZeal offers it clients AI and ML-powered predictive capabilities, which accelerate testing processes and reduce costs.
