Okta, a global authentication solutions firm, has announced plans to hire over 200 employees in India within the next year. The hiring will focus on engineering and solution- development roles, further strengthening the company’s operations in the region.
Over the past year, Okta has rapidly expanded its workforce in India, growing from 100 to 300 employees. With the new hiring drive, the company aims to surpass 500 employees by next year.
As part of its growth strategy, Okta has also established a new Innovation Centre in Bengaluru. This facility will focus on developing next-generation secure identity solutions and addressing key cybersecurity challenges for businesses in India and worldwide. The expansion underscores India’s critical role in Okta’s global innovation and growth efforts.
