Intellias, a global partner for AI enabled product engineering and digital solutions, has been certified as a Happiest Place to Work in India after earning an 8.9 score, a result that reflects a consistently strong workplace experience.

This certification is granted to organizations whose colleagues describe their workplace experience as highly positive. To qualify, companies must score above 7 on the Happiness Index. Intellias achieved 8.9, indicating high levels of engagement and positive feedback across teams. The assessment covered several aspects of the employee experience, including workplace culture, collaboration, growth opportunities, and overall satisfaction.

“We are grateful to colleagues who shared their feedback in the survey. Achieving an 8.9 Happiness Score shows that the environment at Intellias gives people the clarity and support they need to do their best work. Their openness and contribution continue to shape a workplace the company is proud of.” — Tabish Shaikh, country head, Intellias India.

The result reflects the environment the company continues to strengthen: one defined by trust, clear communication, and effective collaboration. Intellias offers a flexible workstyle that allows colleagues to choose how they work — from home, in the office, or through a hybrid approach. A transparent career-development process, combined with mentorship and ongoing training, supports continuous professional growth and enables teams to contribute with clarity and confidence.

This certification adds to Intellias’ growing list of global recognitions. The company was included in the 2025 Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces and earned three Comparably Awards for its commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and long term employee experience. In 2024, Intellias was also listed among Europe’s 100 Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work.
