Designed to be an easy and user-friendly platform for providing employees with Rewards and Recognition, Vantage Circle’s platform will provide over 90,000 employees of the client based in US and India an easy way to redeem their rewards. The winning of the contract marks the entry of Vantage Circle into North America and have recently opened up its offices in New York.

The client was looking for a system which could meet the needs of their large employee base of more than 90,000 employees spread across different regions. While Vantage Circle has a number of marquee clients in India, this is their first big in the US market.
