As an employee benefit platform, Vantage Circle creates awards that are conferred on employees for various career accomplishments. The client was looking for a system which could meet the needs of their large employee base of more than 90,000 employees spread across different regions. The reason for choosing Vantage Circle was its comprehensive product, providing a customised solution and a reputation of high customer satisfaction levels, not just a tech platform.

While Vantage Circle has a number of marquee clients in India, this is their first big in the US market. Partha Neog, CEO, Vantage Circle says, “We took three months to close this deal, which is quite less in the enterprise selling context. We believe the reason is the innovativeness of our product and the ability of our team to able to deploy the solution in three weeks’ time. Having done this with our dedicated team primarily based out of Guwahati, Assam has been an added satisfaction.”

Today, Vantage Circle is the largest Indian employee Rewards and Recognition solution provider in the country. With an employee strength of less than fifty, the employee revenue generated is more than 5,00,000 USD per head. The company has long standing clients in India, including Infosys, Cognizant, Paypal, GE, Wipro, HCL etc.

Partha Neog adds, “We are now looking to go global in an aggressive way starting off with USA. With our unique combination of the product suite, covering the entire gamut of employee engagement and great pricing, we feel we have a very good competitive advantage.”
