Launched in 2018, by Vingish Vijay and Smijay Gokuldasan, the digitial tuition-focussed startup received a funding of about US$ 5 million, enabling expansion of its operations across India.

The app has witnessed an overall growth of 100 per cent in its user base in 2020 and 2021, during the years of pandemic as the preference for online learning has grown significantly.

With demand growing rapidly, the firm is trying to increase its overall headcount by about 700 per cent.

It already has a strong presence in about six states and hopes to increase its reach further.

The app offers digital tuition to CBSE students of classes V to XII. Learners get to learn textbook-oriented and curriculum-based content for Math and Science using animation. It also offers self-evaluation tests using which learners can assess their learning.

Its downloadable and encrypted videos can play through mobile apps without use of the Internet. Additionally, it allows even parents to track the progress of their children.
