Mukesh Ambani, the head of Reliance Industries, has gifted Manoj Modi, the mastermind behind the success of multi-billion dollar deals at the company, a 22-storey building located in the upscale neighborhood of Nepean Sea Road in Mumbai. The property, called ‘Vrindavan’, was presented to Modi a few months ago, as per Magicbricks.com. Modi, who serves as a director at Reliance Jio and Retail, has been a dedicated employee at RIL for a long time. Notably, Sajjan Jindal, the chairman and managing director of JSW Group, also resides in Maheshwari House on Nepean Sea Road.

Manoj Modi, who serves as a director at Reliance Jio and Retail, has been a loyal employee of Reliance Industries (RIL) for many years. Recently, RIL chief Mukesh Ambani gifted Modi a luxurious 22-storey building named ‘Vrindavan’ in the high-end neighborhood of Nepean Sea Road in Mumbai. It’s worth noting that Sajjan Jindal, the Chairman and Managing Director of JSW Group, also resides in Maheshwari House on Nepean Sea Road.

Modi’s new residence is valued at an astounding Rs 1,500 crore, as per reports. Each floor of the building is spread across 8,000 square feet, and the entire building spans an area of 1.7 lakh square feet. The residential properties in this area generally range from Rs 45,100 to Rs 70,600 per square foot.
