InfoBeans Technologies, the Indian digital transformation and product engineering company, has come up with a unique way to recognise the contributions of its team members and reward them for their extraordinary performance.

Acknowledging that its team forms the heart of the organisation, the Company decided to motivate them further with this special campaign, needless to say the team members are rather overwhelmed by the superstar status they have received overnight.

After spotting the hoardings of these team members, surprised people, including their family members, friends and colleagues have been calling them up to congratulate them.

Avinash Sethi, CFO and co-founder, InfoBeans admits that this is the Company’s way of showing gratitude towards the team members. He also acknowledges the fact that “we could not have had the success we enjoyed over the years without our unmatched team, which is absolutely critical for us”.

The team members at InfoBeans “enjoy an open culture, and flat hierarchy, and are happy to be working in an environment of trust and care for one another,” revealed Sethi.

The publicly-listed organisation, launched over two decades ago, has a team size of over 1400. It is known for designing, building, and sustaining enterprise-grade software and for delivering value accretive services around design, innovation and enterprise solutions.

Set up in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, by Siddharth Sethi, Mitesh Bohra and Avinash Sethi, the Company bagged its first Fortune 100 client in 2002, and its workforce strength reached 100 by 2006. By 2017, it had opened offices in Dubai and Germany too.
