In a bid to become more people-centric, Pink Lemonade Communications, the global full-service, integrated marketing and communications agency, is allowing its employees unlimited paid leave.

Under its ‘travel and work policy’, its employees will have the opportunity to travel anywhere in the world, and work from there for a month. They can follow flexible work hours for leisure.

It has also rolled out fun and unique designations to suit each person’s personality, which were recently launched on LinkedIn. These included, Writer’s Blockbuster, Always be Closing, Cocktail Druid, Teller of Tales, and Hawk of Follow Ups.

Tina Garg, founder and chief creative storyteller, Pink Lemonade, said, “Along with culture and policy revamp, Pink Lemonade is also redefining the values that drive the Company’s new vision, mission and mindset”.

She reveals how the pandemic made the Company realise how important it is “to nurture and take care of the people that make us who we are.”

As part of the holistic culture revamp, the organisation is keen to #BreaktheBias, and has already kickstarted a conversation around LGBTQA+ sensitivity and unconscious bias. It has a breakfast with the leadership team of the organisation planned, wherein each leader will pledge to #BreaktheBias moving forward.

Additionally, candidates will be offered five paid internship opportunities, which have the potential of becoming full-time gigs with the agency.

Pink Lemonade has also tied up with Mitu Foundation to help make sweaters for mothers and children. With the help of experts, members of the team will voluntter their time to crochet these sweaters to be distributed across villages in different parts of the country.
