Educational Initiatives (EI), the assessment and personalised learning solutions providing company, has appointed Anand Dani as its chief business officer. Dani moved from Vodafone-Idea, where he was looking after the Karnataka region as the chief operating officer. In his new role, he will lead the business operations for EI and help its progress in the next phase of growth and expansion.

Having completed an MBA from ICFAI Business School, Pune and also obtained a master’s degree in Economics, Dani went on to gather over two decades of overall work experience. Business development and marketing being his forte, Dani has worked with the big names in the telecom sector, such as Idea Cellular, Airtel and Vodafone, where he successfully headed sales, marketing and business operations.

He was witness to the fast growth and transformation of the telecom industry, and actively enabled various companies to survive these changes. Now that the education technology (ed-tech) sector is also undergoing rapid changes and massive digital transformation, EI has got Dani at the right time to lend his expertise.

Educational Initiatives provides educational solutions based on research and a technology-based solutions approach. And Dani’s business acumen and vast experience will definitely help propel EI’s growth in the K-12 education space. He will contribute meaningfully to fulfilling the Company’s vision of bringing about a revolution in the manner in which children learn and obtain knowledge.
