Hrishi Mohan is the new group CHRO, AXISCADES Technologies, a technology solutions company focussing on engineering solutions and services.
An alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Mohan started his professional journey with Godrej Appliances as deputy manager – HRD, in 2000. Within a year, he moved to Wipro, as manager – EDG in 2001.
Just over two years into this role, he was elevated to manager – HR, wireless business unit, in 2003. His next promotion came less than two years later, which made him senior manager – CHRD. In 2007, he became senior manager – HR (Americas). From 2008 to 2010, he served as senior manager – CTO office. He was once again elevated to HR head – India regions and ME geographies, a role he held for over three years. February 2014 saw him as head – HR, based out of Bengaluru. By the time he moved on from Wipro in 2017, he was general manager and global HR head – business application services.
Mohan’s next stop was Accenture, where he was vice president – human resources, for over three years. In January 2021, he joined UpSkill World, as human resources director. However, this was a very short stint after which he entered Tenshi Life Sciences, as head – human resources. There, he successfully lead the HR function for Tenshi Kaizen and Naari Pharma.
Known to be a genuine and pleasant human being, those associated with him vouch for his passion for people-related aspects of the business. HRKatha hopes that he will help AXISCADES achieve its business goals by enhancing an dimproving the people dimension.
