Deepti Dwivedi new head-human capital, Shemaroo Entertainment

Shemaroo Entertainment Limited has appointed Deepti Dwivedi as the head-human capital.

In her new role, Dwivedi will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing manpower models and OD initiatives to help improve productivity and efficiencies. She will be helping the content house in organisation transformation and business excellence. Dwivedi will also be responsible for the achievement of the Company’s goals by setting up and establishing effective people management processes/practices.

Dwivedi is known for her ability to nurture existing talents and also attract and develop external talents from the industry. Her skills will help the 55-year old Company set up the most dynamic team that will help the content house achieve five times growth in the next five years.

Possessing more than 16 years of human resources experience across entertainment, publishing and lifestyle sectors, Dwivedi moved to Shemaroo from Sony Entertainment Television, where she was HR business lead for revenue functions (ad sales and international business).

At Sony, she helped set up the team of Sony LIV, the digital arm of Sony and handled engagement and wellness at the network level. Before joining Sony, she worked with Mid-Day Info media and Radio One for eight years.
