Divya Srivastava, who was total rewards global processes leader & sales compensation strategy leader, GE, since 2019, has been elevated to the role of CHRO, GE Healthcare South Asia.
Having joined GE way back in 2011, as a member of the HR leadership programme, Srivastava has been with GE for almost 10 years now. From 2013 to 2016, she was senior manager, compensation & benefits, and from 2016 to 2017, she was global project lead – rewards.
A year later, as global HR business partner, commercial shared services, she led the HR function for 570 employees across five regions and nine locations. As part of her responsibilities, she partnered with the global business leader and regional leaders to co-create the commercial strategy in line with changing business context and shape the people strategy. Between 2018 and 2019, she essayed the role of global HR transition lead, ensuring the seamless global transition of 3000+ GE employees across 30 countries to Genpact.
As a member of GE’s Global Accelerated Leadership Programme, she has held various HR roles in a global capacity. For the last two years, she has been leading the global compensation planning processes across GE Healthcare, including salary, bonus, sales incentives and executive compensation and driving the sales compensation strategy for GE Healthcare globally, as the leader – total rewards global processes and sales & compensation strategy.
Srivastava, who is a postgraduate in personnel management and industrial relations, from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, began her career with Hindustan Unilever as a business leadership trainee in 2007. In her four-year long tenure there, she climbed up the ranks, to the post of talent and capability manager.
