Dyninno India appoints Abhishek Bagga as HR director

Bagga moves from GoBOLT, a logistics company, where he was head - HR

Abhishek Bagga has been appointed human resource director at Dyninno India. Bagga who was earlier head of HR at GoBOLT, comes with over a decade of experience in the HR domain.

Having begun his career as a senior HR executive in 2009 with Quatrro, Bagga joined Fidelity Information Services in 2010, as assistant manager – ER. Less than three years later, he moved to EXL, as manager –HR (business partner).

From 2015 to 2017, he was associated with HCL Technologies as manager – HR.

His next stop was Sun Life Financial, where he worked as senior manager – HRBP for over a year. Based out of Gurgaon, he was the HRBP lead for the operations business in Asia Service Centre India. He drove strategic business HR interventions in collaboration with business leaders.

The year 2021 saw him in the position of vice president – HR at Goals101, a big-data platform. After a successful stint of almost two and a half years, he moved to GoBOLT, a logsitics startup, as head of HR.

At Dyninno, Bagga will will lead talent strategy, performance management, and learning and development for Dynatech, the Group’s information technology and administrative division.

Dyninno India is part of the global Dyninno Group that provides products and services in the fintech, travel and entertainment sectors, in 50 markets.

Bagga,Bagga, who is an alumnus of the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and Delhi University, looks forward to “further strengthening the people, culture and organisational capabilities at Dyninno India.”

Dynatech is the IT and administrative centre for the entire Dyninno Group and provides IT, marketing, operational and administrative support to all the businesses under the Dyninno brand.

Given Bagga’s diverse experience across consulting, fintech, logistics and tech-loaded organisations, Puneet Kumar, India CTO, Dyninno, is confident that “he will further accelerate our growth plan to increase employee headcount by three times in India”.
