After four years of heading talent acquisition for India at Corning Inc., Khushboo Gupta has moved to Diageo, the global beverage alcohol company, as global senior talent-acquisition partner.
Armed with an MBA in HR, Gupta began her HR journey as a senior recruitment executive with Mindlance, in 2006.
Over two years later, she moved to PeopleStrong as a senior recruitment associate, working out of Gurugram.
August of 2009 saw her relocating to Bengaluru to join Wipro Technologies as talent acquisition manager (technical hiring). Two years into this role, she joined Cisco as senior talent acquisition partner (technical hiring), in January of 2012.
It was in November of 2017 that she began her long association with Brown-Forman, as global talent acquisition-IMEA-GTR/ANZPI and Asia. A year later, she was elevated to global talent acquisition-IMENA and emerging Asia. Less than a year into this role came another promotion which made her global talent acquisition and HR-IMENA region. From August 2020 to October 2022 she served as global TA and HRBP-India, Middle East, Africa and GTR. She was promoted to global talent partner-India, Middle East, Africa, Turkey and HRBP-India, Middle East and Africa.
After five successful years with Brown-Forman, Khushboo Gupta joined Corning to head TA for India.
Gupta’s appointment reflects the growing demand for leaders who can manage talent across diverse geographies and industries. With over 17 years of experience spanning India, APAC, EMEA and IMEA, she brings a rare combination of technical hiring expertise and global HR business partner exposure.
