Sanjay Muthal, who was working as executive director, Insist Executive Search, has now started his own HR venture, Kontempore Leadership Solutions and Services (KLSS).
The offerings from KLSS include search and selection, consulting, HR technogy as well as research and analytics. Through these services, KLSS aims to bring transformational changes in the leadership and talent landscape of the industry. KLSS will work closely with HR and business leaders to provide contemporary solutions.
Muthal, who has completed a strategic executive HR programme from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and holds an MBA from the University of Mumbai, has worked with Piramal Healthcare as president-HR, for almost three years. He then moved on to Nugrid Consulting, an executive search and human resource consulting firm, as managing director. After spending five years at Nugrid, he became part of RGF Management Search, which acquired Nugrid, and continued as MD for almost five years.
At Insist Executive Search, he had an outstanding record in the appointment of CXOs, CHROs, CFOs and independent directors on the board. Though his last corporate assignment was with the Ajay Piramal Group, he has also been associated with the RPG Group, the Hinduja Group and several other multinational companies, including Hoechst and Park Davis.
His vast experience took him to the Middle East and UK as well.
Muthal holds several board and advisory positions in leading Indian corporates and educational institutions.
