    ImpactGuru.com, the Indian integrated healthcare financing platform, has appointed Amit Rana as its new senior vice president for talent acquisition.

    Rana has moved from Fino Payments Bank, where he was deputy vice president. In this role, Rana headed talent acquisition for corporate office – tech and non-tech and distribution/field sales for almost six years.

    Having started his career as manager-corporate HR (resourcing) and ITeS practice with Manpower Services, in 2003, Rana handled volume recruitments at first before gradually moving on to lateral hiring.

    Over five years later, he joined AEGON Religare Life Insurance as HRBP for a three-year stint. His next stop was Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Co., where he joined as manager- business HR and talent acquisition. After a short stint of over two years, it was time for him to move on to Housing.com where he managed talent acquisition pan India for sales and support functions. In 2016, Rana joined Fino PaymentsBank as deputy vice president.

    An alumnus of the Welingkar Institute of Management, Rana has over 11 years of experience in designing end-to-end recruitment process, formulating hiring strategies, leadership hiring and HR partnership.

    He is an expert in driving organisational change in order to create a high-performance culture. He is known for partnering with leaders and managers on multiple people initiatives, including employee engagement, development, performance management, salary reviews and so on.

    At ImpactGuru, Rana will be focused on expanding the team to over 1500 full-time employees in the coming 18 months. He will be responsible for the overall talent acquisition and human resources strategy, with a deep focus on culture, talent management, learning & development, as well as diversity & inclusion.

    The Company is looking for talent and expertise in fintech, healthtech, insurtech, and lending-tech sectors.

    Rana, who believes in ImpactGuru’s mission of ‘Making healthcare accessible and affordable to all’ is gearing to “utilise my experience of having worked in leading fintech and insurtech companies to accelerate ImpactGuru’s growth plans”.

    ImpactGuru recently rolled out ESOPs for all the employees, from the most junior employee to the most senior ones. Since its launch, the Company has helped 25,000 patients, impacted 5 lakh lives, with its global partners for varied causes with donations coming in from 165+ countries.
