    M&G India appoints Ramya Jayaram as VP-HR

    M&G Global Services has appointed Ramya Jayaram as vice president–human resources, strengthening its leadership team as it sharpens focus on talent strategy, culture, and organisational growth in India.

    In her new role, Jayaram will lead the people agenda across key areas including talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and HR transformation. She is expected to work closely with business leaders to align workforce capability with evolving business priorities and support long-term growth.

    Jayaram brings over 18 years of experience across in-house HR leadership and consulting. Her expertise spans the full talent lifecycle, including organisation design, workforce and succession planning, performance management, rewards, and diversity and inclusion. Known for combining a consulting mindset with hands-on execution, she has led data-driven HR interventions focused on role structuring, compensation frameworks, and organisational effectiveness.

    Prior to joining M&G, she spent over a decade with Deloitte, where she most recently served as associate director-HR consulting. During her tenure, she led strategic projects and performance- management initiatives, advising organisations on talent strategy and transformation.

    Earlier, she was associated with Ernst & Young, where she built foundational experience in HR business partnering and talent processes, and began her career with Lehman Brothers.
