    KFin technologies gets Kiran Aidhi as CPO

    KFin technologies has announced the appointment of Kiran Aidhi as chief people officer. Aidhi will take charge this month. She will be lead the HR and talent-management aspects of the Company. Prior to this, she was the vice president – HR at Virtusa India.

    With than two decades of experience in her kitty, Aidhi has been associated with renowned brands including Accenture, Convergys, Hutchison 3 Global Services (now known as Tech Mahindra Business Services) and Ugam Solutions. She has had the opportunity to lead the HR functions across complex hi-tech companies.

    A graduate from Delhi University’s Hindu College, Aidhi completed her post-graduate diploma in HR and marketing from Indian Institute of Planning and Management. She has also completed courses in behavioural science, organisational development and change management.

    Aidhi looks forward to supporting the growth of KFin “through the Company’s human resource strategy, which focusses on the comprehensive culture of learning, growth, innovation and wellness.” Aidhi believes that “positive minds, keeping a continuous momentum around development of self and others, and building more meaningful relations with teams and clients, results in greater business outcomes and individual growth.”

    Presently, she is on her way to becoming an accredited coach and has completed about 100 hours of coaching from the International Coaching Federation.
