Thinkthrough Consulting has appointed Pankaj Gupta as the head of human resources, based in New Delhi. In this role effective July 2026, he will drive HR strategy, compliance, organisational development, and people analytics to align workforce programmes with business objectives. His expertise spans HR operations, total rewards, talent acquisition, HRBP, HR analytics, and policy governance.
Gupta began his career at TCS in 2010 as an HR associate, managing induction, engagement and HR operations. He then moved to CRMNEXT in 2012, progressing from HR associate to team lead, where he handled recruitment, sourcing and HR analytics for a 1000-member organisation. At BusinessNext, where he worked for a year, he was senior executive – HR, building dashboards for attrition and manpower planning. This was followed by a stint at Newgen Software in 2017 as
a senior executive – HRBP supporting 3000 employees. From 2019 to 2020, he managed HR operations for 250 technical employees.
At Merkur Gaming from 2021 to 2022, he handled C&B, benefits and salary benchmarking. He spent the next three years at Credera, rising from manager to senior manager – HR for India, leading people & culture, total rewards and HR analytics. Key outcomes included a 20% rise in GPTW scores and 5X growth in referrals.
Now at Thinkthrough Consultancy, he will lead a 40-plus-member team. Thinkthrough Consulting conveyed that Pankaj Gupta’s experience in building scalable, data-driven HR systems will be key to supporting its next phase of expansion.
