After being associated with the company for over 17 years, Manoj Gupta is now director-HR, Abbott Healthcare .
He joined Abbott in 2007, as manager, talent acquisition, Piramal Healthcare. Less than a year and a half into this role he was elevated to regional HR manager, Abbott Truecare. Two years later, he was elevated to senior manager/chief manager, HR, Abbott Truecare. By August of 2014 he had become senior manager, HR, Abbott India. Two more promotions at a gap of two years made him head of business HR, medical devices and diagnostics, India region. By 2022 he had reached the position of associate director, HR, medical devices and diagnostics, India region.
He has served the Indian Air Force for over 16 years, from 1990 to 2006.
His corporate journey began with Jetking Infotrain as centre manager, in August of 2006. After working for over a year, based out of Agra, Manoj Gupta moved to Delhi to begian his long association with Abbott in December of 2007.
Gupta holds an MBA from Indira Gandhi National Open University and an LLB in Labour and Industrial Relations from Dr BR Ambedkar University, Agra.
