    Mili Dutta appointed head-HR, SAR Electric Mobility

    Dutta moves from EverEnviro Resource Management where she was head of HR since 2022

    Mili Dutta will be serving SAR Electric Mobility as head of HR. She moves from EverEnviro Resource Management, where she was head of human resources for two years.

    Dutta, who holds an MBA from Savitribai Phule Pune University, began her HR journey with M-Tech Innovations, where she served as assistant manager-human resources, from 2004 to 2006.

    In August of 2006, she moved to American Solutions, as manager-HR. Less than two years into this role, she moved back to M-Tech Innovations as senior manager-HR, in April, 2008.

    A little over three years later, she joined Torrent Pharmaceuticals as manager-HR. Her next stop was Viom Networks for the period 2013 to 2015, serving as circle HR & admin head – Gujarat / Rajasthan.

    November of 2015 saw her taking on the role of circle HR and admin head-Gujarat, for Indus Towers.

    In 2017, she entered the Suzlon Group, as head-talent acquisition and employee engagement for a little over four years.

    She played deputy general manager-HR, Tenneco from 2021 to 2022, before beginning her association with EverEnviro.

    Given her in-depth knowledge of the HR domain and excellent people connect skills, Mili Dutta is sure to be an asset to SAR.

    HRKatha wishes Dutta all the best in her new assignment at SAR Electric Mobility, which is part of the the SAR group, promoters of Luminous (divested), Livguard, Livfast and Livpure brands.
