For over eight years, he was responsible for developing, leading and executing the people strategy for the Company, in alignment with the business and needs of all employees based out of India.

He was then promoted to the position of country head – HR, SAG India / HR business partner APJ & US.

At Allstate — a Fortune 100 company and insurer for personal lines, including auto and home policies — Limaye “will lead the ASPL HR organisation and be responsible for driving the HR function,” says Chetan Garga, VP & MD, ASPL.
