    Omega Seiki gets Nitin Khindria as head-HR

    Omega Seiki Mobility, a provider of electric vehicles and clean energy solutions, has appointed Nitin Khindria as the head-human resources. In the new role, Khindria will take charge of the HR department, driving the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures. His primary objective will be to cultivate a workplace environment that is not only positive but also inclusive for all employees.

    Bringing with him over two decades of HR expertise, Khindria, an alumnus of the XLRI Jamshedpur, has previously held leadership positions at companies such as Balaji Action Buildwell Action Tesa, Nahar Industrial Enterprises, International Tractors, Mahindra & Mahindra and Indo Asian Fusegear.

    His expertise lies in HR management, organisational development, talent acquisition and HR digitisation.

    Working closely with the leadership team, Khindria will play a pivotal role in attracting, retaining and nurturing top-tier talent while instilling a culture of excellence and innovation throughout the organisation.

    Prior to Omega Seiki Mobility, Khindria served as the chief human resource officer (CHRO) at Dalmia Biz, a management and consulting firm. He joined the firm in the year 2023.

    His HR journey began at Indo Asian in the year 2007, when he joined as the manager HR-training. In the year 2010, he moved to Mahindra and Mahindra, as its manager capability building-Pan Asia. For three years, he was based in Mumbai and was responsible for employees’ functional and sales training for M&M sales and customer care team. He was also managing induction and re-induction process for all new employees.

    In the year 2013, he joined International tractors as its DGM-HR. This marked the longest stint for his career, as he was associated with the company for over four years.

    Khindria holds an MBA in business administration from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and PG diploma in PR.

    He believes in working with and for people to create an impact, which is visible and need no explanation. Additionally, he calls himself a campaigner in driving strategic initiatives and maximising high performance, productivity and profitability by utilising required technologies to design high-impact people & transformation in an organisation, as per his social handles.
