Best Power Equipments (BPE) has roped in Pallavi Mishra for the role of chief people officer (CPO).
Backed by over two decades of experience, Mishra moves from Confidential where she served as vice president-human resources, since April 2024.

After an eight-month stint with Ocwen Financial Solutions in the initial phase of her career, Pallavi Mishra joined Hewlett Packard (GDIC) as executive-recruitment and onboarding. A year later, she moved to Oracle as staffing consultant for over a year.

She took up the role of HR business partner at Dell in June of 2007. During her four-year stint, she helped design the internal profile-management system for the recruitment team. The year 2011 saw her as part of the performance and people growth team at Sapient.

Mishra’s next stop was ThoughtWorks, where she joined as people champion in December of 2012. Over four and a half years later, she moved to CBRE as general manager, in August of 2017. Almost four years later, she switched to Amantya Technologies, as AVP-human resources.

It was in April of 2024 that she took up the role of VP-HR, Confidential.

Now, at BPE —a global company that specialises in intelligent and sustainable power solutions, and offers energy infrastructure products such as UPS systems and Li-ion solutions— Pallavi Mishra will continue to infuse the workforce with her enthusiasm and energy.

Known for her communication skills and impressive public relations, HRKatha is confident that Pallavi Mishra will be an asset to BPE!
