    Pankaj Adhav is the new SVP-HR, Yes Securities

    Yes Securities, a company fully owned by Yes Bank, has appointed Pankaj Adhav, as it new senior vice president -human resources. In his new role, Adhav will be responsible for harmonising human resources strategies with the company’s objectives. Additionally, he will ensure that the workforce is motivated, engaged and delivering high performance.

    With a career spanning over two decades, Adhav brings strong expertise in various areas such as talent acquisition, HR strategy and policy formulation, comprehensive HR operations, and the management of the employee life cycle. He has shared the news of his new position through a post on social media.

    Prior to joining Yes Securities, Adhav served as the head of human resources operations at HDFC Ergo General Insurance. Additionally, he has worked with several other organisations such as 5paisa, Kunvarji Group, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Anand Rathi Shares & Stock Brokers, Religare Enterprises and Sharekhan.

    His longest stint was with Anand Rathi Shares & Stock Brokers, which lasted five years. He joined as an HR manager in Jan. 2012 and after a year he was elevated to senior HR manager in August 2013. After serving the position for over two years, Adhav was elevated to the role of assistant vice president-human resources and head-talent acquisition in September, 2015.

    In this role, Adhav managed talent acquisition for the company’s retail equity broking and distribution business and the HO shared services division. His responsibilities include fulfilling manpower requirements for both corporate and regional offices, covering positions at junior, middle and senior levels.

    Adhav graduated from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, where he earned a postgraduate diploma in organisation development and change management.
