After serving as human resource director at Euronext Solutions for over two years, Piyali Bhattacharjee has moved to Accorian as chief people officer (CPO).
Having begun her professional journey as an HR executive at Verifaya Corporation in 2007, Bhattacharjee moved to CareerNet Consulting in 2009, as associate consultant. About ten months into this role, she switched to Infosys, joining as business partner HR (associate lead HR).
A little less than three years later, in 2012, Bhattacharjee joined Goldman Sachs as HR (human capital management). For a little less than two years, she served as business partner and handled HR Operations for the APAC region. There, she handled performance reviews, performance-improvement programmes or PIPs, promotions, year-end compensation review, mentorship programmes, high- potential retention, succession planning and leadership pipeline and other activities pertaining to the talent-management cycle.
She also looked into HR Analytics, that is, headcount reporting, attrition analysis, exit survey analysis, employee satisfaction survey analysis, reports for regulatory requirements and compliance reporting (diversity hiring, employees’ reports for federal government and so on). She was the sinlge point of contact for all employee queries and helped stream line and document processes.
The year 2014 saw her take on the role of senior HR advisor at The HR Practice. For the next three years, she successfully played HR advisor to startup companies and SMEs and handled HR audit processes and compliance.
From 2017 to 2021, she was the founder and CEO of Zizique Management Consultants before she joined Euronext Solutions as HR director in June 2021.
After acquiring an MBA in HRM and services from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning in 2011, Bhattacharjee studied law at the National Law School of India University.
