Pooja Sondhi has taken up the role of chief human resources officer (CHRO), at Adomantra Digital Media. She was earlier heading HR and admin at Aargus Global Logistics.
Sondhi, a BTech in Electrical Engineering, has also completed an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing, from Sringeri Sharda Institute of Management.
She started her professional journey with Dainik Jagran, as an assistant manager-HR, in 2007. More than two and a half years later, she moved to JCDecaux Adversiting India, as deputy manager-HR.
Her next stop was ArCent Global, an executive-search firm, where she served as recruitment consultant for over two years.
Her association with Adomantra Digital India began in April of 2017, as HR manager. A year into this role, she was elevated to senior manager-HR. By the time she moved on from Adomantra, she had attained the position of head HR and Marcom.
August of 2020 saw her playing manager-HR, vCommission Media where her responsibilities included talent acquisition and onboarding, along with grievance management and employee engagement. Then she spent about a year and a half with vFulfill as manager-HR before moving to Aargus Global Logistics in April 2022, as head HR and admin.
This will be Pooja Sondhi’s second stint with Adomantra. In her new role, Sondhi will nurture talent and bring about strategic HR alignment with the overall business.
