Qure.ai, a healthcare AI company, has appointed Poonam Ajgaonkar as its new chief people officer.  Ajgaonkar will be responsible for leading and implementing the company’s people and talent strategy and ensuring its effective execution.

Ajgaonkar brings nearly two decades of extensive experience across diverse industries such as pharmaceuticals, data and technology, and transportation.

Prior to joining Qure.ai, Ajgaonkar was associated with Experian  as its director of HR for more than six years. Moreover, she has worked with many other companies like Maersk Group, Evotec India, Hutchison 3 Global Services, Intelenet Global Services, and Electronic Data Systems.

At Qure.ai  Ajgaonkar will focus, in particular, on attracting and retaining top-notch talent, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive work culture on a global scale.

Welcoming  Ajgaonkar to Qure.ai, CEO Prashant Warier  mentioned that with her expertise in HR leadership, diversity, and inclusion, the company will aim to cultivate a positive work culture, which is also aligned with its vision. “We believe her experience will be invaluable in attracting and nurturing talent at Qure.ai as we scale our operations and expand our global footprint,” he added.
