Laxmi Organic Industries has roped in Prateek Singh for the role of chief human resources officer. As reported by Indian Chemical News, Singh will take on the responsibilities of this position starting tomorrow, that is, 28 January, 2025.

Prateek Singh, an alumnus of the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, began his professional journey with TCS e-Serve, as assistant manager-human resources, in 2007. Over two years later, he moved to GSK in a similar capacity.

In August of 2010, Singh began a long association with Marico. He joined as corporate HR manager and less than three years later, was promoted to corporate HR manager, Marico International. After successfully handling talent mobility, expat management and business HR for Marico’s business in South Africa and Myanmar for two years, he was elevated to head-talent acquisition and global mobility, in 2015.

June of 2017 saw him elevated to the role of head-talent acquisition and business HR head for Middle East and Africa. Ten months later came another elevation that put him in the chair of business HR head-India sales and marketing.

After a successful tenure of well more than nine years with Marico, Prateek Singh joined Integrace Health, a pharmaceutical company, as CHRO, in March 2020.

Known for his responsiveness, sincerity and positive attitude, HRKatha is confident that Prateek Singh will prove to be an asset to Laxmi Organic Industries, an Indian chemical manufacturing firm under the Goenka Group.
