Radhika Arora elevated to group CPO, Jakson Group

Arora was earlier the group chief people officer at Jakson having been associated with the Group for a little less than three years.

After almost three years of association with the Jakson Group, Radhika Arora has been elevated to the position of chief people officer. Till recently, she was serving as the CHRO at the solar power company.

After specialising in human resources and marketing from the MS Ramaiah Institute of Management, Arora worked as a consultant – IT talent acquisition, for Spectrum Placements. Her first major break came with her appointment as deputy manager, HR – organisation development (OD) and recruitment, at Bharat Heavy Electricals, in 2004.

Based out of Delhi, she administered the performance management system for BHEL’s 12000-strong workforce. She also supervised the operation across all phases of the system, troubleshooting, giving system clarifications to unit HR and also coordinating with corporate IT for making design changes. During her eight-year long tenure at BHEL, she contributed significantly to the implementation of new HR initiatives, including High Potential Employees (HIPOs), succession planning, job rotation, exit interview system, knowledge management, competency management – technical and behavioural. She also helped conduct company-wide leadership surveys and surveys to gauge employee engagement, employee satisfaction and business alignment.

In 2013, Arora joined Sony as head – talent acquisition, OD and learning. For the next seven year, working out of Delhi, Arora successfully lead the HR team in managing talent acquisition, OD, employee engagement and L&D-related initiatives at the corporate level.

It was in 2020 that Arora moved to Jakson, Noida.
