Anish India Exports has elevated Ruchi Patial to chief human resources officer.
Till now she was serving as HOD-HR and international compliance, having joined in 2021.
Armed with a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, Ruchi Patial began her professional journey as a business development executive with Netsmartz.
Over two years later, she moved to MG Infocom as senior manager, business development. There, from 2008 to 2010, she oversaw all client-sales-management activities, such as profiling, promoting, selling, cross-selling, and prospecting.
Her next stop was CPA iRisk Advisors, as HR executive for over three years.
Givo appointed her as manager-human resources in January of 2014. She headed HR, payroll, compliance, and recruitment for 45+ PAN-India MBOs & EBO’s, supporting retail expansion and workforce scaling of this Italian fashion-wear company.
From 2019 to 2021 Ruchi Patial served as senior manager, human resources, based out of Manesar, Haryana.
Her association with Anish India Exports began in February 2021, as HOD-HR and international compliance for over five years. She has been successfully leading global HR and strategic HRBP for manufacturing units and corporate functions, aligning people strategy with production efficiency, quality, and global buyer expectations.
