    Sachi Krishana of AWS India, joins Vymo as CHRO

    Vymo has appointed Sachi Krishana as chief human resources officer (CHRO). Krishana moves from Amazon Web Services, where she was director HR, AWS India and APJ Commercial Sales for five and a half years.

    An alumna of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Krishana began her professional journey as an HR consultant with PwC Consulting in 2003. Within seven months, she moved to Wipro, as human resource professional. Five years into this role, she was elevated to senior organization development (OD) manager- chief strategy and operations office, Wipro, Bengaluru Area. By 2012, she was promoted to general manager HR – MA and global workforce transitions. This assignment saw her working out of Colorado Springs, US, accountable for building this HR function from scratch.

    In April 2016, she was back in Bengaluru, as global HR head, consumer business unit, Wipro. For almost two years, she successfully drove overall people strategy and delivered HR for the 10,000-strong multi-disciplinary workforce of Wipro spread across the globe (US, Europe and APAC).

    Her next stop was Amazon Web Services, where she joined as director HR, AWS India and Asia Pacific Japan commercial sales. In this role, she was known for her skills as a change management specialist capable of managing leadership transitions and developing strategies for effective organisation redesign keeping in mind multiple country/regulatory environments.

    An economics graduate from Delhi University, this global HR Leader with extensive experience across the US, Europe and India markets ,will prove to be an asset to Vymo, the sales engagement platform for financial institutions.
