After a successful tenure of over six years at Cognizant, Smriti Ahuja has moved to Times Internet as chief people officer. Ahuja was earlier global HR & learning head, BPS, Cognizant, for over four years, before she became global head, organisation effectiveness in November, 2018.
Human resource strategy, enterprise learning, leadership development, talent acquisition, analytics, talent management and HR strategy are her forte.
She has had the opportunity to work with Genpact, where she essayed the role of global head-leadership development, for almost five years before starting out as a consultant and coach in 2008.
As a consultant and coach, she worked with big multinationals, including Fortune 1000 companies, for over six years. She was known for her skills in the area of leadership development, end-to-end human resource management and executive coaching.
From 1999 to 2002, Ahuja served as global head – HR & training, at EXL Service. Armed with an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, Ahuja spent four years at American Express as training leader.
This Hons graduate in English literature from Delhi University, is a motivational speaker and a certified yoga instructor, who is a certified NLP, from NLP Life Training UK.
