    Tejal Shah is now head – HR, Anand Rathi Wealth

    Tejal Shah, who was associated with Anand Rathi Financial Services as vice president – HR since 2021, will now take on the role of head – HR, Anand Rathi Wealth.

    An alumna of the University of Mumbai, Shah began her professional journey in 2003, with Times Retail (Planet M), as senior officer. A little over three years later, she moved to Bennett Coleman and Co. as manager – human resources.

    In 2006, she moved to Croma, Infiniti Retail. There, she helped set up a team and was responsible for the HR function for West Region covering 19 stores spread across Mumbai, Pune and Gujarat.

    She served as an internal consultant to resolve complex human resources issues, including disciplinary actions, terminations, employee conflicts and code of conduct violations.

    The year 2009 saw Shah joining Multi Commodity Exchange of India, where she stayed put for over 11 years, based out of Mumbai.

    In 2021, she moved to Anand Rathi Financial Services, a financial services firm that offers services pertaining to stock broking, wealth management, investment banking, commodities broking, construction finance and capital market lending among others.

    Those who have worked with Shah know her as a committed, flexible and goal-oriented person with a keen eye for detail. A great team player and dependable leader, she is also known for her ability to mentor, guide and supervise.

    Given her capacity to always rise to the occasion and deliver when needed, she will prove to be an asset to Anand Rathi Wealth. HRKatha wishes her success in this new assignment.
