Tribeca Developers, a branded luxury developer, has appointed Simantika Mukherjee as chief human resources officer. This strategic move strengthens their commitment to building a high-performing organisation.

In her previous role at Tata Housing, she spearheaded successful HR strategies for the west region, contributing significantly to business success. Her track record includes achievements in campus hiring, senior-level recruitment, and volume hiring across various functions.

At Tribeca, Mukherjee will drive the development and implementation of the HR strategy, emphasising innovation, individual growth, and organisational development.

Tribeca’s founder, Kalpesh Mehta, welcomes her “ideal combination of HR leadership experience and a strong understanding of the real estate industry.” He expects Mukherjee to not only strengthen the team but also recruit talent to fuel their 2024 growth plans.

CEO Rajat Khandelwal sees Mukherjee’s arrival as an opportunity to streamline HR processes and benefits, further enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. He values her commitment to mentoring, which he believes will be instrumental in developing and expanding Tribeca’s talent base.

“Their focus on innovation, growth, and inclusion aligns with my values. I believe an organisation’s success is rooted in its people, and I look forward to leading the HR team in nurturing talent, driving excellence, and contributing to Tribeca’s continued success,” says Mukherjee.

Mukherjee holds a Masters in human resource management and various certifications, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and development. Her proven record in building partnerships and her focus on employee well-being resonate with Tribeca’s values. The company is confident that her leadership will drive profitable growth and propel them to new heights.
