The platform is powered by analytics and artificial intelligence, which integrates seamlessly with a company’s applicant tracking system.

Stellar Software Technologies has launched an intelligent recruitment platform called ‘Param.ai’, which smoothens the process of discovering, screening and engaging with job applicants. The platform claims to remove the challenges faced by big companies in finding and hiring the best talent, quickly.

Param.ai is powered by analytics and artificial intelligence, which integrates seamlessly with a company’s applicant tracking system (ATS). This platform helps in prioritizing and stack ranking the best candidates for specific open job positions based on the past and trending hiring patterns of the company.

The company claims that recruiters using this platform need not spend hours manually segregating tons of resumes for each job opening for years. It keeps the candidate’s information updated in the ATS and CRM using its Artificial Intelligence. So, there is no issue of outdated ATS and the best talent can be matched to the current vacancy. It quickens the process of hiring.

Hari Krishna, co-founder and CEO, Param, states, “Param enables recruiters to significantly increase the speed at which they hire, while reducing the number of hours spent on manual, tedious processes by 30-40%, automatically reducing the cost-to-hire. It also helps them make great and data-backed hiring decisions. Data is key in recruiting, and Param aggregates and standardises the data for recruiters so that they stay focused on engaging and hiring top talent.”

It also has features such as ATS mining, candidate correspondence, automated tasks, analytics and dashboard. In addition, the summary and social data for each candidate can also be obtained using this platform.

CTO Ashish Sahoo says, “I see that the HR landscape has a lot of manual and repetitive processes. Recruitment is a core and important function of any organisation and could do away with some of these manual processes. Our aim is to make Param.ai act as an enabler for recruiters and hiring managers, and help them take data-backed and unbiased decisions.”

Technology plays a big part in accomplishing this goal. The company boasts of its intelligent technology that can cater to multiple industries like technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and ITES. It automatically manages communication with candidates and keeps them engaged, so that recruiters have fewer last minute offer declines. Param.ai uses data science to learn the hiring pattern of a company and helps the recruiter find the best fit for an open requisition. Param.ai uses advanced technologies and helps put recruitment on auto-pilot.

Talking about the future endeavour and course of action Naren Krishna, co-founder and COO, Param, says, “With the launch of Param.ai we are looking to expand into global markets with a major focus on the leading MNCs in the APAC market. We are looking to crack key partnerships with some of the leading recruitment platforms which includes ATSs and job boards for an accelerated growth and adaption.”
