EPAM has expanded its footprint in India’s tech talent landscape with the inauguration of two new office spaces in Bengaluru and Chennai. This initiative underscores EPAM’s commitment to cultivating a diverse talent pool through strategic investments across India.

The new spaces will focus on creating work environments that foster creativity and a sense of belonging, offering diverse work settings that support professional growth.

The move follows the company’s ambitious plans to double its employee count in India, reaching a strength of nearly 20,000. Now, following the launch of its Gurugram office last year, India ranks as EPAM’s second-largest delivery centre.

Strategically located at RMZ Eco World in Bengaluru and DLF Downtown in Chennai, the offices provide easy access to public transport, including upcoming metro connections, and are surrounded by dining and retail options for added convenience. Furthermore, beyond serving as offshore development centres (ODCs) for EPAM’s clients, these offices will host events, meetups and technology showcases. The inclusion of the ‘Made Real Lab’ promotes cross-team collaboration and innovation across various tech domains.

EPAM is dedicated to sustainability, integrating agile planning and robust green practices across its operations. The new offices reflect this commitment with low-carbon infrastructure, green charging points and LEED Platinum certification and LEED Zero Water designation for responsible resource management.

Srinivas Reddy, managing director, EPAM India, emphasised the importance of these facilities in attracting and retaining top talent. “With prime locations and state-of-the-art facilities, our new offices are more than just workplaces – they are hubs for collaboration and professional growth. These are spaces where engineers can excel and bring their best ideas to life,” he added.

EPAM’s growth from 1,000 to 8,000 employees in India underscores its capability to attract and integrate talent effectively.
