Embassy Group, a real- estate developer, has declared an 11-day festive break for all its employees. The move comes as a way to promote work-life balance and celebrate the spirit of Diwali. This initiative underscores the Embassy Group’s commitment to employee well-being and fostering a balanced approach to work and personal life.

The break will commence on 31 October and conclude on 10 November. The decision is a way to encourage the workforce to take time away from their professional commitments and enjoy quality time with their families.

Along with the extended festive break, Embassy Group is organising a special ‘Thanksgiving Lunch’ for its support staff as part of its Diwali celebrations. This gesture is designed to express gratitude and appreciation for the contributions of the support teams who play an integral role in the company’s success. In addition, the company will host its annual Diwali party for all employees, complete with gift distribution to mark the festive occasion.

The initiative is designed to ensure that employees feel valued and return to work refreshed. Furthermore, it aligns with the company’s broader goals of enhancing employee satisfaction and promoting a balanced approach to work and personal life. The break is expected to help employees return to work with renewed enthusiasm and productivity.
