    Hexalog announces appointment of fractional CPO

    Saurabh Deep Singla has been chosen to play the role along with serving as executive coach to founders

    Hexalog Technologies has announced the appointment of Saurabh Deep Singla as fractional chief people officer (CPO) and executive coach to founders.
    Before moving to this next-generation third-party logistics (3PL) provider, specialising in cross-border supply chain solutions, Singla was part of the advisory board of Zofa AI Solutions.

    An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Saurabh Deep Singla has recently completed a course in executive leadership from Cornell University.

    After spending the initial seven years of his career essaying various human resource management roles across various organisations, Singla joined Bharti Airtel in 2005. He served as senior manager (lead)-talent strategy for three years, before moving to Whirlpool. He was associated with Whirlpool as senior manager-corporate HR, from 2008 to 2010.

    Singla’s next stop was Yum! Brands, where he was head of staffing for a year, managing end-to-end staffing and HR automation for India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh.

    September of 2011 saw him take switch to Rio Tinto. He was first HR head-India (manager HR) and was later elevated to head-global recruitment and talent operations, GBS, people services, Rio Tinto.

    G4S roped him in to head HR and IR in India and head the global HR shared services, in July of 2015.

    From October 2017 to July of 2022 Singla was with Ecom Express as chief people officer.
    He joined upgrad as global chief HR officer in July of 2022. For almost two and a half years he worked with the board chairman to shape the organisational transformation and people strategy management for the global higher education organisation.

    Then came a stint with IndiaMART InterMESH as CHRO after which he became part of the advisory board of Zofa AI Solutions.

    In his new assignment as fractional CPO and executive coach to founders, Saurabh Singla will play a pivotal part in enhancing Hexalog’s culture of agility, innovation, and high performance, vital to competing in the fast-evolving EXIM environment. He will spearhead initiatives to build leadership depth, foster collaboration across functions, and drive process innovation to support Hexalog’s expansion into new markets.

    Dibyanshu Tripathi, CEO Hexalog, is confident that “his leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our talent engine, fostering a culture of innovation, and enabling organisational agility as we scale across regions.
