She started off as a senior specialist-HR business partner, in March of 2017. Over two years into this role, she was elevated to lead-HR business partner, in 2019. In December of 2020, she was promoted to manager-HR business partner. Another promotion two years into this role made her senior manager-culture and people partner.

In July of 2024, Kritya Srinivasan was appointed associate leader-culture and people partner, Quantiphi.
Now, in her latest assignment at Priceline, she will be tasked with leading the people strategy and steering the culture transformation in India.
