After heading talent development and corporate affairs at RA-Tech Engineering for two years, Ekta Kaveeshwar has joined Neilsoft as chief human resources officer (CHRO).
Kaveeshwar began her tryst with HR in 2002 as faculty-HR with Metric Consultancy. Over two and a half years later, she moved to KPIT Cummins Infosystems as human resources manager.
Five years later, in January of 2009, she took up the role of human resources manager at 3DPLM Software Solutions. A little less than three years into this role, she switched to Neilsoft to head human resources in October of 2011. After spending over five and a half years there, she moved to ElasticRun, where she played vice president -human resources| partner relations| workforce management.
It was in April of 2024 that Ekta Kaveeshwar moved out of the Pune area to take up the role of head-talent development and corporate affairs, at RA-Tech.
She is now back in Neilsoft for a second stint. This time, she will play CHRO.
Known to be a result-focussed and determined professional, Kaveeshwar is backed by over two decades of experience across e-commerce, IT/ITES, logistics and supply chain as well as the retail space.
Her knowledge of talent management and workforce strategy will serve her in good stead in her latest assignment at Neilsoft. Her strong belief in leveraging technology to streamline HR operations and workforce management to ensure compliance and enhance employee experience will only prove to be an asset to the
Pune-based global engineering services, software and products company.
