Sunteck Realty has appointed Neha S Singh as HR cluster head for HR strategy, talent acquisition, and business partnering, adding a seasoned HR leader to its management team.

In her new role, Singh will oversee Sunteck’s centre of excellence, talent acquisition, and HR business partnering functions. Among other things, she will focus on improving employee engagement and building talent pipelines. She will also work with business leaders to align workforce capabilities with the company’s growth goals.

Singh joins Sunteck from Kalpataru, where she spent almost 11 years as senior human resources business partner (HRBP). At Kalpataru, she led HR transformation, leadership development, succession planning, onboarding, and performance management. Her work supported business expansion and strengthened organisational culture.

She began her career at Nilkamal as an executive sales assistant from August 2013 to August 2015. There, she gained experience in corporate operations and client coordination.

Singh holds a PGDBM in Business Administration and management from Welingkar Institute, completed between 2011 and 2014, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from PTVA’s Sathaye College, 2009 to 2011.

Singh is “incredibly excited to collaborate with the team and contribute to our shared business growth ahead!” With over 13 years of experience in real-estate HR, she is expected to strengthen Sunteck’s focus on building a future-ready workforce.

We at HRKatha wish her success in this endeavour!
