Resonia (formerly Sterlite Power Infra Business) has promoted Divyanshu Asthana to chief human resources officer (CHRO). He had been serving as head of human resources at the power transmission infrastructure development company since March of 2024.

At Godrej Capital, Asthana spent six years playing deputy general manager-human resources. He successfully led HR business partnering (HRBP) at the financial services company, and steered the business and people strategy for the company. He was even recognised for Excellence in HR Business Partnering by the Godrej Group, in 2022.

Known to be a team player with strong leadership qualities and a positive mindset, Divyanshu Asthana’s confidence and persuasiveness will continue to be an asset to Resonia.

The company has a robust portfolio in India comprising 20 completed, and under construction power-transmission projects in strategically-important eight states namely Rajasthan, Gujrat, J&K, Karnataka, Haryana, Maharashtra, Goa and Kerala.

Asthana will be heading the HR function at this Vedanta Group company driving business results through people strategy.
