After over two and a half years as human resources business partner- people experience technology at Amazon, Shaitan Singh Bishnoi has been elevated to senior HRBP.
An alumnus of SVKM’s Narsee Monee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), this mechanical engineer interned with nibbleMATRIX and Haptik before joining Tata Housing Development Company as a CSR project trainee in 2015. He also interned with HCL Technologies, MotorZest and PeopleChoice Services. He worked for the Entrepreneurshi Cell, NMIMS Mumbai as head, events and logistics, in March of 2015.
For over a year he was responsible for end-to-end management of all the events and conferences, from planning to execution.
July of 2017 saw him taking up the role of associate manager-human resources at HCL Technologies, Noida. For over two years he partnered with business and provided full spectrum of HR solutions in the areas of resource cost optimisation, retention, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards & recognition, talent management, learning & development and HR-driven initiatives.
Three and a half years later, he moved to Jio to serve as deputy manager-human resources from November 2019 to August 2021.
Adani Group was his next stop where he served as HR business partner from September 2021 to January of 2024.
Working out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, her served as strategic HRBP supporting corporate communication, branding, media, sports, ESG, agriculture, information technology, and business development.
It was in January of 2024 that Bishnoi joined Amazon as HRBP-people experience technology. For over two and a half years, he successfully drove HR business partnering, strategy and initiatives by partnering with operations and support leaders to drive employee engagement, performance and talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations—ensuring alignment with business goals and Amazon’s leadership principles.
His curiosity and eagerness to continuously improve himself will stand him in good stead in his elevated role.
