Visier has appointed Pramukh Jeyathilak as chief people officer, effective July 2026. Based in Greater Vancouver, Canada, he will lead the company’s global talent, culture, and workforce strategy as the leading people analytics and workforce intelligence platform expands its people analytics hub.
Jeyathilak brings nearly three decades of HR leadership across technology, financial services, and consulting. His last role was as group head of human resources at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) from 2021 to 2023, acting as chief people officer for the data & analytics division across America, EMEA and Asia. There, he led post-merger integration of Refinitiv and LSEG, drove agile transformation, and managed talent and growth initiatives for global sales, product, technology and customer operations teams.
Prior to LSEG, he was SVP, head of human resources at Fidelity Investments from 2019 to 2021, where he directed end-to-end people strategy for the personal investing business and led a shift to a digital-first, agile operating model with globally distributed teams.
From 2014 to 2019, as the global HR leader for leadership & talent development at Amazon Web Services, he designed talent programmes that supported double-digit leader growth. He then moved to Amazon from 2012 to 2014 as global HR business partner leader, advising C-suite leaders, including the S-Team on HR for worldwide legal, public policy and HR functions representing 10K+ employees.
His earlier career includes a stint as global HR director–advertising and the online service business division at Microsoft Corporation from 2010 to 2012, and a role leading a 24-member global HR team for an A&O business covering 2.7K employees across 25 countries. He also designed organisation blueprints for FY10-FY12 and built talent dashboards to track high-potential and diverse talent.
At Microsoft, Pramukh Jeyathilak partnered on a global people plan for Microsoft Advertising. From August 2008 to May 2010, he was regional HR lead – Greater Asia Pacific in Singapore, supporting a $0.5B consumer and online business with 700+ employees. Before that, he was the regional HR director in Dubai, UAE from February 2003 to July 2008, covering the Middle East and Gulf post-merger.
Jeyathilak began his career at Accenture as the country HR manager – India, based out of Bombay from April 1995 to August 1998, and senior HR manager in Prague from September 1998 to January 2003, overseeing CEE, MEA, India and later Italy, Greece and Emerging Markets.
He also co-founded TalentLign Inc. in July 2024.
