Arshia Singh has moved up to vice president-leadership, talent and learning at Tata Consumer Products, continuing an internal progression that has taken her through five roles in nearly seven years with the company.
Singh has held the position since July 2026, according to her LinkedIn profile. In her latest role, she is responsible for leadership development, talent management, learning and organisational capability building.
She joined Tata Consumer Products in January 2020 as manager-talent management and learning, with responsibility for the function globally. She was promoted to senior manager in April 2021 and then associate director-talent management and learning in April 2023.
Later that year, Singh moved from the specialist talent function into business HR as director-HR for packaged foods and integrated finance. The assignment broadened her experience beyond talent and learning into a business-facing people role.
Her latest elevation brings her back to leadership, talent and learning, but at a more senior level and with the additional perspective gained from working directly with the business.
Before Tata Consumer Products, Singh spent a year with the Times of India as HR business partner and talent management lead for supply chain.
She began her career with WNS Global Services, where she spent more than four years across leadership hiring, HR projects, organisational development and compensation and benefits.
One of her early assignments at WNS involved managing a leadership-development programme designed to prepare senior employees for key roles and build leadership from within the organisation. She subsequently worked on global HR projects involving systems implementation, automation and process changes before moving into compensation and benefits.
Singh holds an MBA in human resources management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in computer science from Panjab University.
