Skillsoft, the technology company that specialises in corporate learning, has entered into a strategic partnership with ITProTV and Loonycorn, to deliver hundreds of additional hours of IT-related courses and certification training to Skillsoft customers. This will enhance Skillsoft’s vast technology and developer content portfolio.

Loonycorn is a video production studio that specialises in creating e-learning content on emerging and complex technologies. ITProTV is an online membership platform addressing the global IT skills gap by delivering binge-worthy learning™ to train IT professionals through their careers.

With rapid advancements in technology, chief information officers (CIOs) and chief technology officers (CTOs) require on-demand learning solutions for their staff so that they are equipped with knowledge of the latest technologies and toolsets, and also possess the relevant certifications. With this collaboration, ITProTV and Loonycorn will be able to deliver a wider set of training videos capable of helping technology professionals stay abreast of the most recent developments in their respective areas of expertise, appear for certification exams and modernise their skillsets. Skillsoft will now be able to add transcripts, audio descriptions and other features.

ITProTV will provide highly engaging video courses to Skillsoft’s Technology and Developer content portfolio meant for training enterprise-technology professionals in all stages of their careers. ITProTV’s award-winning, topic-oriented training videos are equipped to train IT professionals who wish to acquire new knowledge, stay relevant in their areas of expertise or prepare for certification exams, while ensuring they are updated with the latest skills. The visually-appealing courses with trained instructors will follow a format of two instructors and dual hosts to ensure better learner engagement, enhanced focus on vendor certifications and technical skills training.

Skillsoft will add over 400 hours of ITProTV video content to its library of technology and developer content to cater to a range of IT certifications. The videos, available on both Skillsoft’s SkillPort and Percipio platforms, will cover a wide range of topics, including Cyber Ops, Cloud and Security.

Loonycorn will teach complex technology-related subjects — artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, big data and computer science, in an entertaining, practical and engaging manner. The content is aligned with Skillsoft’s emphasis on offering the best-quality highly engaging learning content. Loonycorn and Skillsoft will together produce an ‘AI Development with Tensorflow’ course.

Skillsoft’s Technology and Developer content delivers more than 26 million hours of learning each year to more than five million learners worldwide. Visit Skillsoft’s website to learn more about the Company’s unrivalled technology and developer portfolios.
